Are you interested in becoming a Laughter Specialist?

We are always on the look out for talented and passionate people to join our crusade to bring laughter, fun and freedom to the most vulnerable children in our society and their families. Your attitude, commitment and personality are more important to us than your performing skills, as they can be taught, but a warm kind heart and an ability to see through the eyes of a child are the most important attributes we require for someone to join our team. You must enjoy working with children and be happy and comfortable to be a bit silly too.

As you can imagine the Laughter Specialists have spent many years developing their skills and have learned many things during this time. Therefore their knowledge and experience are essential to shaping our training programme. Our Lead trainer is Annie Aris who as well as being a founder of the charity was the very first female ‘clown’ in the country, and to work in the famous Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. As well as a highly skilled entertainer, she also has childcare qualifications having worked in the childcare and social work sector too. She has also been pioneering in developing her work with special needs children enhancing their language opportunities.

So if you want to explore a career as a Laughter Specialist, and know when you go home at the end of the day you have brought some light to a vulnerable child, please complete the form below, upload your CV or email fun@thelaughterspecialists.co.uk. We deliver our various training packages through our partner Company ‘Laughter Specialists Training’ and provide a range of bespoke choices to suit your requirements.
